Our Story
Brydan Solutions was founded in 2002 by Scott Bebber in Las Vegas. The name comes from a combination of family names — a reminder that this company was built on personal relationships, not corporate ambition.
Scott brought a background in military service and a straightforward philosophy to the business: show up, do the work right, and treat every client's network like it was your own. That foundation attracted clients who valued reliability and honesty over sales pitches — and it still does.
As the company grew, so did the team. Long-standing friendships and shared values shaped who joined and how the business operated. Brydan has never been a franchise, never been acquired, and never been run by people who do not know their clients by name.
Today, Brydan Solutions is led by General Manager Rodney Jaski, who grew up around the business and stepped into leadership in 2010. What started as a small IT services company has grown into a full managed service provider — handling IT support, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, and more for small businesses across Las Vegas and Nevada.
In 2016, Patricia Nailor joined Brydan Solutions — bringing a professional relationship with the company's founders that stretches back to the 1990s. Having worked alongside the team in the technology industry for decades before officially joining, Patricia's arrival reinforced what has always defined Brydan: this is a company built by people who have known and trusted each other for a long time.
