How It Works
Plenty of IT companies claim to serve everywhere. We would rather be specific, because the honest answer changes depending on what you need. Roughly 90% of what we do is resolved remotely — the same way we handle it for a client two miles from our office. The rest needs somebody standing in the room, and that is where geography actually matters.
On-Site — Southern Nevada & NW Arizona
Work that needs a technician physically present:
Remote — Anywhere in the US
Work that is identical whether you are down the street or three states away:
If your business sits outside our on-site radius and everything you need is on the right-hand list, we are a straightforward fit. If you need regular hands on equipment and you are in another state, we will tell you so rather than sell you a contract we cannot service properly.
Where We Go
Headquarters
Our office is on West Sahara. Summerlin, the Arts District, the southwest, North Las Vegas, and the resort corridor — same-day on-site across the valley.
Las Vegas IT Support →~20 Minutes Away
Green Valley, Anthem, Seven Hills, Inspirada, Lake Las Vegas, and the Water Street District — no travel surcharge, no day-long wait.
Henderson IT Services →Northwest Arizona
Remote-first support with scheduled on-site visits — the same local team and the same phone number, not a subcontractor.
Kingman IT Support →Northwest Arizona
Along the Colorado River and across the Mohave Valley — remote-first, with visits scheduled when the work needs hands.
Bullhead City IT Support →Anywhere in the US
Businesses outside Nevada — helpdesk, Microsoft 365, security, backup, and Shopify work handled remotely, with on-site travel for onboarding, projects, and moves.
Remote IT Support →Outside Nevada
A business in another state gets the same people, the same phone number, and the same flat monthly pricing. Day-to-day work is remote because that is faster than a drive — and we travel for onboarding, projects, office moves, and anything that genuinely needs hands.
It works well for companies whose infrastructure already lives in the cloud, and for Shopify clients, where the whole engagement is remote by nature. If you have on-premises servers or a build-out coming, that is a conversation rather than a no.

Tell us where you are and what you are running. If we are not the right fit, we will say so — that is a faster answer than a sales process.
