What It Covers

Everything Between Your Desk
and the Internet

Your network is the layer nobody thinks about until it stops. Email, phones, file access, card payments, cameras, and every cloud application you pay for all depend on a handful of devices in a closet that most businesses have never had properly documented.

Network support means those devices have an owner. We monitor them, patch them, fix them when they break, and keep a current record of how the whole thing is wired together.

Monitoring & Alerting

Continuous checks on switches, firewalls, access points, and circuits. We are alerted when something degrades, usually before your team notices.

Firewall Management

Firmware, rules, VPN configuration, and license renewals. An expired firewall licence is one of the most common gaps we find on a first assessment.

Switches & Cabling

Managed switches, VLANs, and PoE for phones and cameras. We coordinate low-voltage cabling work with vetted local partners.

Wi-Fi & Access Points

Coverage that reaches the whole office, not just the room the router is in, with staff and guest traffic properly separated.

VPN & Remote Access

Secure access for staff working off-site, and site-to-site links for businesses running more than one location.

ISP Coordination

We open the carrier ticket, sit through the escalation, and prove where the fault actually is so it does not get bounced back to you.

24/7 Monitoring

Most Problems Are Fixed
Before Anyone Reports Them

Network monitoring is not a dashboard nobody looks at. Every switch, firewall, access point, and circuit reports in continuously, and when something falls outside normal our team is alerted automatically.

In practice that means a failing switch port gets replaced during a quiet hour instead of taking out half the office on a Monday. A firewall running out of licence gets renewed before it stops filtering. A circuit that keeps dropping for ninety seconds at a time gets caught and escalated to the carrier with evidence, rather than being written off as “the internet being slow again.”

You get a monthly summary of what was found and what was done about it — including the things you never had to hear about.

Wireless

Wi-Fi That Reaches
the Whole Office

Bad office Wi-Fi is almost never solved by buying a better router. It is usually too few access points, the wrong placement, consumer gear doing a commercial job, or a guest network sharing the same airtime as your staff.

We survey the space, design coverage around how the building is actually used, and separate guest traffic from everything else so a visitor's laptop is never on the same network as your accounting workstation.

Network Support
vs. Calling Someone When It Breaks

  Break-Fix Managed Network Support
When work starts After you notice and call When monitoring alerts us, often first
Cost Hourly, unpredictable, highest during emergencies Flat monthly fee
Documentation Usually none; knowledge leaves with the technician Current diagram and device inventory, kept up to date
Firmware & licences Handled if someone remembers Tracked and renewed before expiry
Incentive Paid more when things break Paid to keep things working

Common Questions

Network Support Questions
Las Vegas Businesses Ask

How much does network support cost for a small business in Las Vegas?

Network support is normally priced as a flat monthly fee based on how many devices are on the network and how many locations you run, rather than hourly. What moves the number is the count of switches, firewalls, and access points, whether you need after-hours coverage, and how many sites have to talk to each other. For most small Las Vegas offices it is a predictable line item rather than a large one. Call (702) 333-0333 and we will scope it against your actual equipment instead of guessing.

What is included in network monitoring?

Monitoring means we watch your switches, firewall, access points, and internet circuits continuously and get alerted when something degrades or drops. That covers device availability, port errors, firmware and license expiry, circuit outages, and Wi-Fi problems such as access points dropping off. The point is that we find out before your staff do — most of what we fix is resolved before anyone files a ticket.

Do you support our existing firewall or do we have to replace it?

We support what you already own wherever it is still supported by the manufacturer and receiving security updates. We will tell you plainly if a device is end-of-life, out of support, or too small for your current headcount, but we do not require a rip-and-replace to take you on. Replacing hardware that still works is not a good use of your budget.

How fast do you respond when the network goes down?

Critical issues — a whole site offline, a failed firewall, a down circuit — get a response in under 15 minutes during business hours. Because monitoring usually alerts us first, work often starts before anyone calls. Lower-priority items such as a single slow access point are handled same-day.

Do you work with our internet provider?

Yes, and this is one of the more useful parts of the service. We open and manage carrier tickets, sit through the escalations, and prove where the fault is so the carrier cannot bounce it back to you. Being able to demonstrate the problem is on their side is usually what gets an outage fixed quickly. If the circuit itself is the recurring problem, our connectivity service can source a better one or add failover.

Can you support a network you did not install?

Yes. Most networks we support were built by someone else. We start by documenting what is actually there — many businesses have no current network diagram — then stabilise anything urgent and work through the rest on a planned basis. You get the documentation regardless of how long you stay with us.
